5. Payment & Security

Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed through Wallid Pay-by-Bank, an FCA-regulated Open Banking solution.
Transaction Finality: As a direct bank transfer service, Wallid transactions are final. Customers must ensure order accuracy before confirming payment.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Perishable/Specialist Goods Exception: In accordance with Section 28(1)(n) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are "liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly."
Final Sale: Due to the requirement for strictly controlled storage conditions for peptides, all sales are final once dispatched. Returns are not accepted as the chemical integrity and chain of custody cannot be guaranteed once the product has left our facility.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless N9 BIOTECH from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the misuse, improper storage, or unapproved application of any product purchased. In no event shall N9 BIOTECH be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
