At N9 BIOTECH, we understand the importance of reliability and discretion when handling laboratory-grade supplies. All orders are processed and shipped from our UK facility to ensure the integrity of your research materials.

1. Processing Times
  • Standard Processing: Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Discreet Packaging & Privacy

To protect your privacy and ensure the security of your research, all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

  • There are no external markings indicating the contents of the parcel.
  • The sender name on the shipping label will appear as N9 BIOTECH to maintain total confidentiality.
3. Shipping Methods & Tracking (UK Only)

We utilise Royal Mail tracked services to ensure every shipment is monitored from our facility to your laboratory.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery typically within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery typically the next business day after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the chosen service.

4. Age Verification & Delivery

In accordance with our 18+ Policy and UK law:

  • All orders are subject to age verification via Wallid Pay-by-Bank at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to use "Signed For" services where the courier may request ID if the recipient appears under the age of 25 (Challenge 25 protocol).
5. Secure Handling & Temperature Stability

Peptides are sensitive compounds. We take extreme care to ensure they reach you in optimal condition:

  • Packaging: Vials are secured in protective, climate-stable packaging to prevent physical damage and minimize temperature fluctuations during transit.
  • Damage Claims: In the unlikely event of transit damage, you must notify us at support@n9biotech.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time to ensure full compliance with UK regulatory frameworks.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Re-delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Customer Responsibility: We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Re-delivery: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please note that because peptides are perishable, we cannot guarantee the chemical integrity of products that spend an extended time in the courier network due to failed delivery attempts.
